We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way not happy with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a credit voucher or a full refund, provided that you return the item to us in its original pristine condition and packaging without any of the garment's price tags removed. We reserve the right to refuse returns (where it is evident that the product has been worn). If the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange on receipt of the returned goods, these conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
All full price returns must be received by Peel Fashion within 14 days of receipt of your order. All sale goods must be received by Peel Fashion within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to return your order you should contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods stating the items you wish to return or exchange, the reason for each and also your credit card details.
Please note that we can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt with the returns docket attached.
You will receive an email to confirm that your return has been received and processed within 72 hours of receipt.
All International returns must be returned at the recipients cost after informing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . All returns must be received by Peel Fashion within 14 days of receiving your order.
Due to Covid restrictions, if you need to return an item, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will provide you with our returns address during this lockdown period.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should notify us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number, which you will find on your receipt docket. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree an appropriate resolution. All returned goods must arrive at Peel Fashion within 14 days of the date you placed the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot presently offer a free return service.
We strongly recommend that customers use Royal mail, Parcel Force or a reputable courier, all of which should be traceable and that you obtain and retain Proof of Postage.
